David Alvarado is an adept and versatile advocate for his clients and has become the go-to lawyer for several of Southern California's leading real estate companies due to his brilliance and excellence in both law and business. With experience that spans all asset classes and property types, David has successfully shepherded numerous major projects to completion with a total aggregate consideration of over $1 billion in development projects and over $5 billion in real property acquisition and disposition work. As one of Harvest LLP’s founding partners, David has been instrumental in establishing the firm's vision, values, goals, and culture, sharing his passion for helping people maximize their opportunities with both his team and his clients.
Eoin has over 15 years of experience representing publicly traded REITs, large developers, and smaller property owners in a wide array of real estate transactions. His leasing experience in particular is extensive, having acted as lead leasing counsel for several high-profile institutional landlord clients in the western U.S., and has represented retail and office tenants, purchasers, and sellers of commercial property in California and beyond. In addition to his transactional experience, Eoin has considerable land use expertise, having appeared before various public bodies and agencies on a range of issues, including advocating for legislative changes, processing of permits, and successfully resolving housing/rent control issues. A native of Ireland, Eoin is one of Harvest's founding partners and continues to play a key role in the firm's leadership.
David Levine's commercial real estate practice encompasses all asset classes, with a focus on complex acquisitions, financing, joint ventures, and hospitality assets. Known as a pragmatic, business-minded lawyer and savvy dealmaker, he represents developers, REITs, institutional investors, and high-net-worth individuals in structuring and executing major real estate transactions. David brings particular expertise in the hospitality sector, advising on hotel acquisitions, management and franchise agreements, and operational issues unique to the industry. He is valued for his ability to navigate nuanced, large-scale deals and deliver practical solutions that align with his clients' business goals.
