Harvest LLP is pleased to announce the addition of associate attorney William Ratner and litigation paralegal Jasmine Wallis Garcia to the team. William is based in Los Angeles, while Jasmine is based in San Diego.
William is a talented, skillful attorney with a broad real estate practice that spans acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, and joint ventures. He also has experience handling the real estate components of complex corporate and M&A transactions. Prior to joining Harvest, William practiced at an Am Law 25 firm in Santa Monica where he advised on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions and financing matters related to hotels, multifamily projects, and industrial properties. William earned his J.D. from Michigan Law School, where he served as Senior Editor of the Michigan Business & Entrepreneurial Law Review and as a senior clinician in the Zell Entrepreneurship clinic. He holds a B.A. in International Relations with a focus in Global Business, cum laude, from the University of Southern California, where he minored in Spanish.
Jasmine brings exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills to our litigation team. With her keen attention to detail and proactive approach, she effectively supports both attorneys and clients in navigating complex litigation matters with clarity and precision. Before joining Harvest, Jasmine worked as a paralegal at DV Injury Law West, managing a high volume of product liability cases while ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedures. She also served as Administrative Director at Connect English Language Institute before entering the legal field. Jasmine earned her Paralegal Certificate from the University of California, San Diego, and holds a B.A. in Linguistics, cum laude, from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Jasmine is also fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese. Both William and Jasmine are dedicated to helping clients navigate the intricacies of real estate matters, and we are confident that their expertise will be invaluable to our clients and our team.
