Harvest LLP is pleased to announce Tait Viskovich as its newest associate. He will be based in the firm's Los Angeles office.
Tait is a thoughtful and pragmatic real estate attorney who helps clients navigate complex commercial real estate matters with clarity and confidence. He brings careful analysis, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving to every matter, and he excels at distilling legal nuances into clear, actionable guidance for his clients.
Tait's practice encompasses commercial real estate transactions as well as land use and entitlement matters, including zoning, amendments, conditional use permits, variances, and development strategy. He advises developers, institutional owners, and investors throughout the lifecycle of industrial, retail, office, and mixed-use projects. His work spans acquisitions, development, financing, leasing, entitlements, and dispositions, along with the agreements and due diligence that support successful transactions. His background in construction litigation gives him a practical understanding of how legal, contractual, and operational issues intersect throughout the development process. He draws on that experience in his transactional work to identify potential issues early and help clients address them before they escalate into disputes.
Prior to joining Harvest, Tait was an associate at Fennemore Craig PC and Feldman & Associates, Inc. He earned his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he also received a Graduate Certificate in Business Law, and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside.
