Two Harvest Partners Named Among 2023 CRE Visionaries by L.A. Times B2B Publishing

Harvest LLP partners Fernando Landa and Michael Rivera were named among the "Commercial Real Estate Visionaries: Professional Service Providers" for 2023 by L.A. Times B2B Publishing.

The annual awards, now in its third year, spotlight noteworthy senior-level executives in the commercial real estate sector. Nominees are evaluated based on their successes and accomplishments over the last 24 months – specifically their involvement in major projects and deals – as well as exemplary leadership within their organizations and communities.

A founding partner of Harvest, Landa represents public real estate investment trusts, private equity funds, institutional investors and entrepreneurial developers in a variety of commercial real estate transactions. He has broad expertise working on large deals across the country and spanning the asset spectrum, including office, industrial, life science, hospitality, retail and mixed-use assets. In addition, Landa possesses a unique expertise in distressed real estate workouts and the sale of commercial real estate assets through the judicial process. He has served the community for years, including on the boards of the San Diego chapter of NAIOP, the California Receivers Forum, the Building Industry Association of San Diego Political Action Committee, and the BuildSD Political Action Committee.

Rivera has served as counsel for substantial commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, development, leasing and disposition of vacant land, retail, office and industrial projects. Known for his commitment to excellence, problem-solving skills and dedication to understanding his clients' concerns, Rivera uses his background as a former in-house counsel to provide pragmatic strategies that align with his clients' economic goals. He is active in the community, serving as the Vice Chair for Inland Action and on the Board of Directors for the Making Hope Happen Foundation and the Dignity Health Inland Empire Foundation.
