She represents publicly traded REITS, institutional landlords, and private equity groups with their litigation needs, and specializes in landlord-tenant disputes.
Sweat, who is a Senior Counsel in the firm's Los Angeles office, has built relationships with clients across the real estate industry through her representation of a range of clients, from investors to tenants to developers. She specializes in the negotiation of leases, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and a variety of financing transactions including mezzanine and mortgage loans.
