Buggy, a partner in Harvest's San Diego office and the firm's General Counsel, has broad experience in all types of real estate disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, insurance coverage, partnership disputes, and breach of fiduciary duty.  Her experience also includes serving both creditors and debtors in bankruptcy matters, guiding them through the complicated process to a favorable outcome.  She represents publicly traded REITS, institutional landlords, and private equity groups with their litigation needs, and specializes in landlord-tenant disputes.

Sweat, who is a Senior Counsel in the firm's Los Angeles office, has built relationships with clients across the real estate industry through her representation of a range of clients, from investors to tenants to developers.  She specializes in the negotiation of leases, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and a variety of financing transactions including mezzanine and mortgage loans.
