Harvest LLP is pleased to welcome Jen Carroll as the newest Senior Paralegal in its Los Angeles office. She brings more than 15 years of experience supporting complex real estate acquisitions, financing transactions, due diligence efforts, and corporate matters.
Jen's experience spans title and survey review, entity formation, contract drafting, and transaction coordination from inception through closing. She works closely with clients, lenders, title companies, surveyors, and attorneys to facilitate efficient deal execution – making her a strong partner and invaluable resource for her clients and legal team alike.
Prior to joining Harvest, Jen served as a Senior Transactional Paralegal at Ensign Services, Inc. She previously held paralegal and senior paralegal roles at Paradise Law Group, Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP, and Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP. In addition to her legal experience, Jen has a background in commercial acquisitions, asset management, and property operations, giving her practical business insight that strengthens her support of clients and legal teams on real estate matters.
