Jen Carroll

Jen is a Senior Paralegal with over 15 years of experience supporting sophisticated real estate acquisitions, financing transactions, due diligence, and corporate matters. Her experience includes title and survey review, entity formation, contract drafting, and transaction coordination, and has assisted on complex deals from inception through closing. Jen works closely and collaboratively with clients, lenders, title companies, surveyors, and attorneys to keep transactions moving efficiently and address issues that arise in the process.

Throughout her career, Jen has supported a broad range of commercial real estate matters involving healthcare facilities, multifamily and mixed-use developments, renewables, and commercial lending matters. Prior to joining Harvest, Jen worked in-house as a senior transactional paralegal at Ensign Services, Inc. She previously served as a paralegal and senior paralegal at Paradise Law Group, Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP, and Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP. Jen’s additional background in commercial acquisitions, asset management, and property operations also provides practical business insight that strengthens her support of clients and legal teams on complex real estate matters.
