Representative Transactions

  • Advised a national homebuilder in a joint venture for the purpose of acquiring lots to develop and construct, in phases, 497 single family detached residential homes and related onsite improvements and to sell the homes to the general public.
  • Advised best-in-class creative office developer in the creation and administration of innovative amenity package for Class A, West Coast office portfolio.
  • Represented a well-known national REIT in the development and construction of a new 16-story office building over the Washington State Convention Center podium in Seattle, Washington.
  • Represented a leading developer in all aspects of the development and leasing of institutional-grade medical office assets across the country, including a $200 million medical office development in the greater New York area.
  • Advised a developer of several four- and five-star resorts in Southern California.
  • Advised the developer of a Las Vegas strip resort and casino in all aspects of development, construction, leasing, and operational matters.
  • Represented a developer of a Southern California medical office portfolio.
  • Assisted a money partner in a $60 million joint venture in connection with a multi-phase, mixed-use project.
  • Represented an institutional developer in all aspects of preparing and negotiating construction contracts and subcontracts for the development of $250 million mixed-use project.
  • Represented a leading contractor in all aspects of construction documentation negotiation.
  • Represented a developer of a private ski mountain and related home community in Utah.
  • Represented a large institutional investment manager in the negotiation of an option and development agreement for a mixed-use project consisting of nearly 800 residential units, approximately 1,500 square feet of commercial space, and a multi-acre, publicly accessible, privately owned open space. Harvest also completed due diligence on the property and related loan work.
  • Assisted in the diligence review and negotiation of an option and development agreement for the land banking of approximately 500 residential lots in a master planned community.
  • Assisted in the diligence review and negotiation of an option and development agreement and related documents for the land banking of over 380 residential lots in the greater Phoenix, Arizona region.
  • Assisted in the diligence review and negotiation of an option and development agreement and related documents for the land banking of over 100 residential lots in South County Utah. Assisted with title review, review of underlying purchase agreements, and the negotiation and creation of a memorandum of ODA, construction licenses, and deeds of trust.
  • Represented an institutional client in the preparation of design, engineering, and construction agreements for the conversion of a former big box space into office use. Also conducted a review of CC&Rs and advised on development constraints.
