Kenneth is a talented attorney with a broad-based practice focusing on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, and financing of commercial properties. He also has experience in navigating the real estate components of complex private equity and M&A transactions. He routinely advises clients through all phases of a deal, from reviewing diligence materials—including leases, title, survey, and zoning documents—to preparing various transactional documents. His approach is highly collaborative, often leading discussions with title and escrow officers, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of his clients’ objectives.
Prior to joining Harvest, Kenneth was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Reed Smith LLP where he advised clients on all aspects of commercial real estate law, including leasing, development, financing and real estate M&A transactions. His work also included projects in immersive entertainment, senior living and hospitality, in addition to pro bono matters involving landlord-tenant disputes and nonprofit real estate transactions. During his time at Skadden, he was selected as Social Chair of the Associates Committee, reflecting both his leadership and commitment to community within the workplace.
Kenneth earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, previously serving as Technical Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. He was awarded First Honors in Civil Procedure and Ethical Lawyering, reflecting academic excellence in legal fundamentals. He holds a B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, where he graduated with distinction and was actively involved in Phi Alpha Delta as Recruitment Chair. Kenneth is currently an active member of the Orange County Korean American Bar Association.
