Harvest LLP Welcomes Kenneth Park as Associate

Harvest LLP is pleased to announce Kenneth Park as the firm's newest member and Associate with its Los Angeles team.

A rising star in the legal field, Kenneth advises clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and financing. He also supports transactions involving private equity and M&A with significant real estate components. Known for his collaborative approach, Kenneth works closely with title and escrow officers, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to help facilitate smooth and effective deal execution.

Before joining Harvest LLP, Kenneth gained valuable experience at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Reed Smith LLP, where he worked on a variety of real estate projects across diverse sectors, including senior living and hospitality.

Kenneth earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he served as Technical Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and graduated with First Honors in Civil Procedure and Ethical Lawyering. He received his B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, graduating with distinction. He remains actively involved in the Orange County Korean American Bar Association.
