Harvest LLP Senior Counsel Cheryl Nieman Brechlin has been named among San Diego's "40 Under 40" for 2024 by SD Metro Magazine. Now celebrating its 25th edition, the annual list spotlights rising stars in the area who are active contributing to their organizations and communities.
With formative experience in both litigation and transactional work, Cheryl diligently and tenaciously represents commercial developers, property owners, homebuilders, businesses, and institutional investors in their intricate transactional real estate and corporate affairs. She specializes in retail, office, and industrial leasing, as well as purchase and sale transactions, debt and equity financing, and construction and development matters.
Cheryl currently serves a member of the San Diego chapter of NAIOP and a Membership Committee member of CREW San Diego, which supports women in the commercial real estate industry. As a lifelong animal lover, she also regularly fosters dogs in need through a New Life Charitable Foundation, a charitable organization focused on helping stranded, neglected, and abused dogs in Southern California and Tijuana. She previously served as a mentor and college counselor for Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters of Los Angeles, which is dedicated to assisting youth in achieving their full potential through innovative, impactful programs.
