Harvest LLP is pleased to announce that Matthew Mahan has joined the firm as its newest partner in Los Angeles.
Matt brings more than two decades of dealmaking experience representing owners, developers, and capital providers across the full spectrum of real estate transactions. He has a particular depth in capital investment to real estate operators and in the acquisition, development, and leasing of real property, especially industrial and office leasing.
Clients know Matt for uncompromising representation, astute risk judgment, and the ability to engineer solutions to complex problems without losing deal momentum. Equipped with an MBA and sharpened by years of hands-on experience, he brings a business-first perspective to every matter, helping clients see past the legal issues to the commercial realities driving their decisions.
Prior to joining Harvest, Matt was a partner at Shoreline and Elkins Kalt, and an associate at Allen Matkins and Morgan Lewis. He earned his JD from UC Law SF and his MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
