A legal professional for over 20 years, Tracy has an extensive background in tackling intricate real estate matters.  Her broad range of expertise includes title review, loan documents, common interest developments, and purchase and sale transactions.  With a keen eye for the fine details and complexities involved in sophisticated transactions and a deep understanding of the big picture, Tracy brings value to any transaction she handles.

Prior to joining Harvest, Tracy worked as a paralegal at Crosbie Gliner Schiffman Southard & Swanson LLP (CGS3), Hecht Solberg Robinson Goldberg & Bradley LLP and Morris Polich & Purdy LLP – in San Diego – as well as at Angius & Terry LLP and Bullivant Houser Bailey PC in Las Vegas.  A certified paralegal, she holds an Associate’s Degree in paralegal studies from Heritage College in Las Vegas.  Prior to embarking on a legal career, she served in the U.S. Army as a Korean language Voice Intercept Operator for Military Intelligence.
