Having been exposed to a variety of legal disciplines early on in her career, Alicia excels at remaining resourceful and adaptable, and she transfers those skills into her everyday work. In her role as a litigation paralegal, Alicia is dedicated to guiding both her attorneys and clients towards successful outcomes throughout the litigation process.  Her wealth of expertise allows her to be meticulous in attending to the fine details of a case, while still being effective and focusing on the big picture. Whether navigating straightforward cases or tackling complex legal challenges, she stays true to her goal of delivering the highest quality legal support, ensuring her clients receive the representation that is unique to their needs.

Prior to joining Harvest, Alicia was a litigation paralegal at Crosbie Gliner Schiffman & Swanson (CGS3) in San Diego, as well as Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP and The Weingarten Law Firm in New York and New Jersey, respectively. She got a jumpstart on her career in real estate law while still in college, working as a foreclosure paralegal at David A. Gallo & Associates LLP in New York.
