  • Represented landlords nationwide in all aspects of numerous industrial leasing and build-to-suit development deals with Amazon.com Services LLC.
  • Represented national land baker in the negotiation and closing of numerous land banking transactions with publicly traded homebuilders throughout the United States.
  • Represented trustees of a privately held trust in connection with the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and management of numerous residential properties and retail centers throughout the United States.
  • Represented a luxury "classic" car restoration tenant in connection with the lease of over 110,000 square feet of office and warehouse space in Torrence, California for automotive design, restoration, modification, and fabrication uses.
  • Represented an industrial landlord in connection with the lease of a 170,000-square-foot build-to-suit fulfillment center to a national grocery retailer in Miami, Florida.
  • Represented a seller in connection with $50 million sale and leaseback of land and related improvements in Gardena, California.
