Aimee is a trusted advisor to institutional owners, operators, and commercial developers, with extensive experience navigating complex real estate transactions. Her practice includes:

- Office, retail, industrial, and residential leasing
- Portfolio management and day-to-day asset operations
- Land banking and off-balance sheet financing structures
With a strategic, client-first approach and a deep understanding of the real estate market, Aimee helps clients navigate every phase of a transaction, from structuring deals to closing with confidence. Her calm, collaborative style and strong sense of client service make her a valued addition to our team and our clients.
Prior to joining Harvest, Aimee practiced at several leading law firms, including TroyGould, Elkins Kalt, Allen Matkins, and Cox, Castle & Nicholson. Her background spans a wide range of market conditions and deal types, giving her a versatile perspective that serves clients well. Aimee earned her J.D. from UCLA School of Law, with a concentration in Business Law, and her B.S. cum laude in Business Administration from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, where she pursued an independent course of study in law.
